Dustin brings over 25 years of coaching experience, working with players from 11U through the collegiate level to develop strong fundamentals and consistent performance.
A former 1st Team All-District Outfielder and 2nd Team All-State Pitcher, he offers a well-rounded, results-driven approach to instruction.
Over 50 of his players have advanced to collegiate baseball, with nine reaching the professional level—including one currently in Major League Baseball.
After playing one year of collegiate baseball, Dustin graduated from Auburn University with a degree in International Business & Finance and now serves as a Managing Partner for a national executive recruiting firm based in Austin, TX.
Lessons focus on hitting, pitching, and overall development, with each session tailored to the player’s age, skill level, and goals.

Hi I’m Rachel Grundei, I'm a senior at Leander High School and I’m committed to the University of Illinois. I play for Blaze 18U United. I’ve been all-State for my high school multiple years and I’m ranked 22nd in top 100 players in Line Drive Softball. I work with players of all levels to build confidence at the plate, improve mechanics, and develop a strong, consistent swing. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment while teaching the fundamentals and mindset that have helped me succeed in my own career. I take pride in being patient, energetic, and dedicated to each athlete’s progress.

My name is Kathryn Carnesi, and I am a varsity pitcher at Glenn High School. I also play for Illusions Gold National CTX Garcia 18U. I give lessons for beginner pitchers through 12U pitchers. I also offer hitting lessons. I have been pitching since I was 9 years old, and consistently going to pitching lessons since I was 10. I have been trained by Ron Holt, Chelsea Rex-Singleton, and Angela Geurin for pitching. I've been hitting with Brett Berryhill for more than 5 years. My goal is to teach young pitchers proper mechanics to help set them up for long term pitching success!

Hi, I’m Molly Cochran! I am a graduate of Tarleton State University where I played Division 1 softball. I have been giving softball lessons for the past 6 years and am passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the field. I specialize in hitting, slapping, fielding, catching, and speed and agility training. I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, focusing on building confidence, improving fundamentals, and helping players reach their full potential on and off the field.
